Why do I have to apply for the Climber and Pioneer plan?
These memberships offer an opportunity to work closely with us. They leverage the Fellowers network to support you in reaching your goals. However, we are careful to avoid overpromising. Therefore, we conduct a thorough assessment to ensure a strong match before we begin working together. We also take time to understand what you offer, ensuring we’re comfortable promoting your services to our clients. In return, this process ensures that, as a Fellower, you are always in the best company of high-performing transformation experts.
What subscription should I book if I'm a Freelancer on assignment?
Pioneer membership is tailored specifically for independent consultants or small business owners, but you can upgrade and downgrade at will according to whether you are on a project or looking for new opportunities. If you drop your membership altogether there is no charge for re-joining the Explorer plan but just be aware that we only release a small number of places of each type of membership per month. This is to ensure that we can support all the Fellowers we have on our books with introductions to clients and a personalised service. As such, you may have to go on a waiting list for a short time if your overall membership lapses.
What can this subscription offer that I cannot get at from a private members' club?
First, you will participate in a thriving established collective, surrounded by a diverse set of professionals who have each other's back. Next, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced creators and transformation experts in the field and maybe publish your own framework. Third, you'll get exposure to clients and new thinking that you wouldn't have time to hunt down yourself.
What subscription should I book if I'm open to work on a permanent basis?
The Climber plan is specifically for those that want to concentrate on their skills and networking amongst peers who are destined for C-Suite positions. The Explorer plan is targeted to people earlier on in their career or people who may wish to change direction or may be returning after a significant life event such as becoming a parent.
You said there is a trial, when will my card be charged?
You’ll notice that you don’t need to enter your card details to sign up, which means you can enjoy the trial period without paying a penny. However, please remember to enter your credit card details before the trial ends to retain your place in the collective. For Climber and Pioneer applications, we’ll confirm your place after reviewing your application, which we aim to do within 48 hours of your sign-up. The first step is account validation to verify that you are a real person, here for the right reasons. Until validation is complete, access to certain features will be restricted. Please understand that, while this may slightly impact your onboarding experience, it’s in place to protect everyone on the platform.
