How I was inspired to write the Framework

Hi, I'm Steph Chamberlain, and I'm the author of the Stable Teams® Framework at Fellowers. With a strong background in organisational transformation and team leadership, I’m passionate about helping businesses achieve their full potential by building high-performing, autonomous teams.
Throughout my career, I’ve accumulated over 15 yrs of experience in coaching and mentoring leaders, implementing product-based organisational structures at the BBC, PayPoint Plc, Elsevier (to name a few) and driving measurable performance improvements such as LEAN, XP and SCRUM. My credentials include certification as a Holacracy Practitioner, A Five Behaviors Trainer and CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and having run a management consultancy for 17 years,  I’ve not only worked with organisations across diverse industries to unlock their team’s potential but also led my own diverse autonomous, Stable Teams.
Teaching the Stable Teams® Framework is a natural extension of my mission: to empower teams and individuals.  To liberate Leaders.  I’m excited to share this powerful framework with you on this, the 7th Cohort!
Teaching and practicing yoga is my way of expressing my creativity.
