Rebecca Brover is a world-class OD consultant, ex-COO, specialising in Holacracy® and other empowering work structures and is  currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology degree in Organizational Development at the California School of Professional Psychology.
Steph Chamberlain is an entrepreneur, Holacracy Practitioner and Specialist in Product Org Structures for Technical Teams. Ex-BBC, Home Office, Channel 4 and former Industrial Fellower at the University of Aston.  Steph is the Editor-in-Chief of the Stable Teams Framework
Ed is a former Warrant Officer in the Royal Army Physical Training Corps and a Military Adventure Training Specialist in mountaineering, skiing, climbing and paddle sports. He has delivered climbing and ski touring courses to UK Special Forces in support of operational effectiveness.
