Membership Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions - General Plan Terms

25.0 Scope of Services

Each plan offered by Fellowers is designed for professionals in change and transformation management, project and product management, and consulting. By subscribing to a Plan, you gain access to a range of tools and resources tailored to support your unique professional needs. These include access to face to face and online events, productivity apps, services at discounted rates, the Consultant’s Companion Bank of Tools, Frameworks and Templates and finally, access to courses and mentoring. By signing up to the subscription model you agree to keep your preferences and details up to date so that we can market your services efficiently to potential clients where applicable.

Please note that for Silver and Gold members, membership does not guarantee a successful match with our clients.  We offer an introductory and marketing support service only.  We are not a job placement agency.  We give you the tools to effectively market yourself and maximise your unique selling proposition.

26.0 Access and Usage

26.1 Course Library Access: Subscribers have access to our comprehensive course library on either a subscription or pay as you go basis. Access to courses is granted solely for personal and professional development purposes related to the subscriber’s field of expertise. Please reach out to us if you would like to deliver the course to your client and we will help you to price this accordingly. This will be more profitable for all involved than simply delivering the content.

26.2 Frameworks:Subscribers can utilise essential frameworks provided under Plans in order to streamline project management and operational initiatives. Frameworks are intended for internal use and may not be redistributed or resold without explicit permission from Fellowers.

26.3 Events:. Participation in events is subject to availability and registration procedures specified by Fellowers. Events for Gold and Silver Members may exclude Bronze participation. However, events are organised at least quarterly for all members to attend and we guarantee at least 2 face to face events per year.

26.4 PAYG Productivity Apps:Subscribers can enhance their productivity with pay-as-you-go access to Fellowers’ suite of productivity apps. Apps are licensed for use during the subscription period and are not transferrable or sublicensable.

27. Subscription Details

27.1 Subscription Period: Subscriptions are valid for the duration specified upon sign-up, renewable on a monthly or annual basis.

27.2 Payment Terms:Subscribers are required to pay the subscription fee in advance according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

27.3 Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the subscriber. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges. However, any renewals can be cancelled within 7 days of the date and time of renewal if an application is made in writing during the 7 day timeframe. Emails can be sent to help@fellowers.co to cancel subscriptions.

27.4 Lapsed Memberships: If a subscription lapses due to non-payment or cancellation, reactivation will require a rejoining fee of £95.00, in addition to any outstanding subscription fees. We reserve the right to restrict membership renewals at our discretion.

28. Community Responsibilities

28.1 Mutual Benefits: All members agree to actively contribute to and progress the benefits and growth of the Fellowers community.

28.2 Conduct: Fellowers reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership indefinitely or for a specified period if a member engages in activities that negatively impact individual members or the broader community of Fellowers.

28.3 Diversity & Governance: The membership club will be run solely by members and a subsection of members will run a democratic process to determine the entry or departure of members. This will be run by a cross-section of the membership community in terms of ethnicity, LGBTI, & disability. The default aim for the club will also be a representative gender split. Divisive behaviour of any kind, will not be tolerated and the governance process will borrow heavily from Holacracy.

29. Limitation of Liability

29.1 Disclaimer of Liability: Fellowers provides services under all Plans on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the services. Subscribers acknowledge and agree that the use of Fellowers’ services is at their own risk.

29.2 Limitation: In no event shall Fellowers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plan’s services.

30.1 Data Privacy: Fellowers respects subscriber privacy and complies with data protection laws. Subscriber information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

30.2 Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared by Fellowers during the course of subscription must be kept confidential by the subscriber and used solely for the purposes outlined under the relevant Plan.

31. Amendments

31.1 Updates: Fellowers reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions of the all and any Plans at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Fellowers website and will be allowed to terminate their membership immediately if they wish. Subscriptions will be taken up until the end of the month of termination or at the end of the subscription if this occurs beforehand.

31.2 Acceptance: Continued use of the Plan’s services after notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
