Will I be exposed to recruiters?
No, you will not be exposed to recruiters. This site is designed to provide value to you and your employer. Your organisation will benefit from free introductions for the next six months if they are looking for staff. However, your basic details are only available to Liberating Leaders staff and not the wider Fellowers Group.
Okay, so what can you offer me?
In addition to our interactions during this assignment, you can access other Fellowers benefits with your "Patron Membership Card." Download this card to your Google or Apple Wallet to receive discounts at independent businesses and access to wider Fellowers events free of charge. What happens after the initial 6 months?
Your organisation has engaged Liberating Leaders for a period of time that provides 6 months of membership to Love2Shop. Once this period has expired, then your Fellowers Membership Card will also expire. If you want to sign up individually then you can do this by buying a subscription. Please check with your line manager that they are happy for you to do this. If they will sponsor you to continue your learning then all the better!
